BendPak 4 Post Lift

I'm happy with my Advantage, I don't care what a FEA, I feel very safe under my square post lift. The locking mechanism is simple and imo VERY safe. I have never had to shim my posts, I have adjusted the cables twice since I had it. I got mine with 2 rolling bridge jacks and use it for maintenance and storage. I would recommend it, when I got mine the Mecum Indy auction was going on and I got the show price even though I was not there. I have included a pic of the locking mechanism, yes it's outside the frame, but it has not been a problem, I actually like it. The bracket is for a 2 amp Noco battery maintainer.

My BendPak HD-9XL has been without issue for 8 years. I like the 8' drive through and nearly 4 feet between the runways.

What ramps? Had my HD-9XL for 5 years with 4’ ramps but yours look longer.

Not sure if you are asking about mine. My lift had to be raised with shims at the entry side by over 3" due to floor slope. With a low car the standard steel ramps and even the optional longer aluminum ramps wouldn't even come close to working. My solution was to cut the steel ramps short so they could be left attached but still allow the door to close, and use the 2 pc Race Ramp trailer ramps. I think they are 9" extra long...maybe RR-TR-9-FLP. Just set the ramps and lower the lift/stubby ramps down on top of them.
