Bendpak HD-9 question

Hello everyone, I recently ordered and received a bendpak HD-9 XW. I have followed the instructions for extending the ram for the initial attachment of the cables (50 psi air and then a come along) and it will not budge. Any advice? Was this a sticking point for anyone else? Or did the ram just easily extend?

You probably figured this out by now, but I had this problem also (last night) and after going to about 100 psi, it came out easily.
