Anybody here have a HD14 4 post lift? I see alot of HD9'S. Largest vehicle is my 06 F 350 Crew Cab diesel . I am looking at 198'' runways. Already have a Propark that I use for my cars. I did 2 restorations with it. I now use it for storage in my other garage. Just need something bigger. I read a lot about Benpak quality and factory support.:headscrat

The HD-9XW and HD-9STX have the 198" ramps, the HD-9ST and HD-9 have the 174" ramps..

So if the 9,000lb limit is within what your lifting then you could save some money and go with the long version of the HD-9.

I just installed a HD-9XW and a HD-9ST in the past two weeks, and I lifted my Chevy Express 2500 service van with the XW just to see how it did, and it fit and lifted fine. It would be a tight squeeze for sure putting a truck that wide on the ST.

I've weighed my van at a truck scale before and it was 6850lbs with the cage/shelving and basic tools, no extra load or equipment. Your truck is surely longer and probally a bit heavier too?

Oops, sorry the actual runway lengths are 188" on the XW, outside columns were 198"..

I do have to say the Bendpak process was about as smooth as it could be. The Dealer and Bendpak both were knowledgeable, nice, and respond to calls and emails very fast.

Actually the HD9 series has an overall runway length of 164" for the short model and 188" for the longer model. The dimensions you posted (174" and 198") are outside of column front to back.

The HD-14 Series has three different runway lengths. 174", 198" and 246".

The only reason I have all this info right in front of me is that I am getting ready to add BendPak lifts to our website. The home enthusiast market seems to have a good demand for these lifts.

I think my truck weighs appox. 6700 lbs. I am looking at the HD14 for the extra beef. I don't mind spending a little extra 1 time . It will last me forever.
I do want to look into the System 1 Mohawk first however, I know, its a 2 post but it will take up less room when not being used. My shop is 42x60. I don't know if I will feel at ease under a 2 post.
