I got my HD9 set up and working but when I got to step 14 (Lift start up / final adjustments) I hit a little snag - I had all the cable adjustments set at 1" of threads showing and then started to do the final adjustment - the instructions state to "adjust each cable nut so that each safety lock is at least ONE INCH above the top lock position" etc. When I started to tighten the cable that appeared the slackest, I ran out of threads - did I just get (un)lucky and start with the wrong one or am I missing something? The lift works smoothly with just the initial (1" of threads) adjustment - what am I doing wrong?
