Bendpak installation question

I had a used Bendpak 4 post lift installed in January by a local Bendpak dealer ( he had used the lift as a demonstrator at a local event). The day of the install was very cold and the installers were here for over 8 hours. Unfortunately, they didn't do the best job on the install. I had to properly level the lift after I saw that it was off. The other thing that bothers me is the hook-up of the hydraulic system. I don't know if it was because it was cold but they didn't straighten the hose out and when the lift is up high or on the floor the hose is nearly kinked (see pics). The lift works fine but I'm concerned that the hose could crack and leak. What do you guys think?

looks like it wasn’t installed correctly, that kink shouldn’t be there and you had to level the lift

That's what I think. One of their regular installers was injured and his replacement was more of a service guy. The install seems pretty solid but they ran out of time (and maybe know-how) to do the final tuning (they also did not lube the lift at all). Since I'm not that trusting of the company what's the easiest way to fix the hose/line without making a hugh mess. I assume I can just get the lift sitting on a set of locks and disconnect the lines, straighten them and re-attach. Anything I need to be careful of?

Yeah, that Kink shouldn't be there at all. I think your plan of attack sounds good to get the kink out.

Thanks all. I detached and straightened the line. Now I need to install missing zerk fittings on the rollers.
