Oh yea.... you will love this thing! Some of the instructions will seem to **** at times but everyone lives through it.

I found that I read too fast sometimes as I thought I new what they were saying. A slight bit of difference in wording once in a while makes a difference, and slow reading or have someone else read the same thing will help.

Mine is like the front door...use it all the time. Last weekend we picked up a trailer about like yours and ran new wiring under and through it.

Yeah kind of figured it would take less then what the said. Got it unpacked today. Has a couple scuffs but I would consider them acceptable for shopping such a large piece of equipment.

They all get it. Nature of large heavy stuff compacted into one pallet for shipping Costs and then hauled via trucks.

It's always kind of bothered me how you see people just burn down a lift company over this. Your not buying a new car. Your buying a piece of heavy non mobile equipment. It might get a few dings.

When my BendPak showed up, the packaging was a mess. The dock guy at the trucking terminal had me look at it before he moved it in case I was just going to refuse it. I called my dealer and texted him pics, and he said that if the damage was just cosmetic, accept delivery and inspect it and take pics as it was unwrapped, and this is the important part, to note on the freight bill the condition as well as "hidden damage suspected."

Here it is coming down the ramp. I took this pic right after picking up the hydraulic power unit, which fell out. Notice one of the columns dangling, one of the shipping brackets broke during transport, I assume due to top loaded freight.

When I got it home and unwrapped it, I found a lot of scuffs and scratches down to bare metal, but this is what generated a damage claim; the top of that column was deformed.

BendPak has been great! As soon as they got the pics, they said "yeah, that's some significant damage, we're going to replace that, we will deal with the trucking company. Do you want a whole new lift, or one column and some accessories from our website?" My new lift is supposed to be flatbed delivered today or tomorrow! It was a pain and expense to get a friend with a bobcat over to load the damaged lift to go back, but it is what it is.

I can't say other companies wouldn't do the same, but I'm very happy with BendPak so far!

That ***** to hear. I have mine up and its been working great. No complaints. Have had a Duramax 4 door on and it didn't even flinch. I would highly recommend the truck adapters. The wiring setup for the lift is my only complaint. Took a little bit to figure out. I also added a switch right above the power unit to give me an easy way to shut the lift off.
