Looking at the aluminum ramps but wonder about whether to do 36" or 48". I don't have any lowered cars

the 36” ramps should be fine. I have a couple of Corvettes which are fairly low and the 36” ramps work just fine. Here’s a modification I made to mine. They have a tendency to bend down in the area where the wood brace is.

Thanks for the reply. I was really thinking about the 36" ramps. The photo is great so I know what to do when I get them

I'd take a look at what race ramps offers too. None of the options are cheap, but I think they are a little less expensive and shouldnt need to be modified

They must have had some complaints about the previous version of the ramps. These are the new ones

I just threw the 50lb steel ramps in the trash. Damn they were heavy. My Race Ramps got delivered, 9 lbs each and 40’ long.

The Race Ramps are worth every penny.

I did the same with my Direct Lift Pro-Park steel ramps. Well, I didn't trash them, but I did confine them to the bowels of my storage space. After the initial shock of the cost of the Race Ramps I've never looked back. Like you said, worth every stinkin' penny.

I thought about hanging onto my ramps, but I didn’t want to lift them not even one more time.

There’s a tweeker in my neighborhood collecting metal , but I didn’t want that ************* coming to my house to get the ramps.

That’s one of the reasons t chose Advantage over BP. Aluminum ramps, drip trays, and casters were all inclusive.

My lift is only 14" or so inside the door so I cut the steel ramps short so they could just stay attached. My entry end is shimmed up to deal with some significant floor slope so I have extra long 2-piece Race Ramps made for trailers. I just lay the Race Ramps down and lower my stubby steel ramps on top.320.jpg318.jpg

Here’s another vote for Race Ramps!

Once you get used to race ramps it’s real difficult going back to slinging steel or even aluminum ramps 🤣
