Bendpak RJ45 Bridge Jack

My RJ45 Bridge Jack has been leaking fluid since the day it was delivered. I thought it was just because it was overfilled, but it looks like it was from a loose connection at the cylinder. Interestingly, my cylinder attachment is not what is shown in the Bendpak images, I have what looks like a 45* elbow, which makes positioning the hose nearly impossible if I try to tighten the elbow. It seems like I need a different hose or another elbow to correct the issue.

I am going to run out to the shop and get some pictures of my particular issue......


AND.....Since it has been leaking, how do I refill these pumps?

No, but I haven't tried anything.......Had some other projects get in the way.
