I do not normally post, but I wanted to share my experience that I had with Bendpak customer service. I purchased my 2post lift XP-10CX last March. My 18 yr old son and I installed it with virtually no problems. The only problem was the micro switch lever was not long enough to reach the safety bar. I called BendPak and was sent a new switch with a longer lever (I received it in 2 days).
Last week while doing an inspection on the lift to check for leaks or loose bolts, I noticed the dust seals on the rams were starting to protrude. After talking to Brian Donaldson at BendPak, we decided I could remove the seal to see if I could reposition them or have to install new seals. I did not mind doing this because it was simple to do. This was only the dust seals, not the seals for the hydraulics.
I removed the dust seals this weekend and as I thought, the seals could not be repositioned. I called Brian this morning and they decided that they would send me 2 NEW COMPLETE RAMS due to the fact that my warranty will be up March 3rd and they have not seen this before.:bounce:
This is way beyond what I expected. I would have been happy with just sending me the seals. This has been the best customer service I have ever had to deal with. Thanks Brian and BendPak.
I have attached a pic of the seal and of my son working on his Mazda6. Hopefully the pics comout right.

P.S. I am not in anyway affiliated with BedPak, just a very satisfied customer

Tech1100 - Congrats on the new lift. I also had a bud order this unit but with the extension pieces that allow the top bar to be extended another two feet higher. Anyway, unforntunately he had measured incorrectly and just couldn't work with the extension pieces that he really wanted to use (he services dump trucks), He called BendPak and they just went ahead and made him new custom extensions (along with new cables) that would work for his application. All he had to do was ship back his 2' extensions. BendPak shipped the new custom pieces at no extra charge. Seriously, how many companies would have done the same. This is just another example of what makes BendPak such a great company to work with.

I had a mid rise Bend Pak about 5 years ago and I had similar experience with excellent phone support and replacement parts being sent out immediately free of charge.

Tech, thanks for posting this. I've been investigating 2 post lifts for a while now. It's helpful when folks share their experiences.

Update. I just received an E-mail from BendPak with the tracking number for shipping. They shipped it right after my conversation with Brian this morning.I know there has been alot of talk about what lift to purchase. I hope this helps with decision making.
There is one problem that I have with lift that BenPak can't help me with. Doing so much work on my friends vehicles, I have to schedule time for mine. Oh wait, maybe BendPak can help me! Maybe order another lift ! HMMMMM

I did not go with the ACX because I was more familiar with the symetrical CX. I have no problem with opening car doors with the CX.

I remember reading about someone having a problem with a slow lift. After I replaced the rams on mine, I added Dextron instead of the Hydraulic fluid I had used. Benpak recommended Dextron. The lift comes down faster with or without a vehicle. Maybe changing fluid will help.
