I just ordered a BendPak XPR-10A-168.

I just asked my dealer about the dimensions of this lift's "package" that will be delivered.

The dealer indicated that it would be 150" x 24" x 42".

I asked if the 42" should have been 24" but the answer was "no".

It's not a big deal but I had looked at some delivery pictures of 2-Post BendPak's being delivered and thought it looked like there was a square metal shipping bracket on each end of the "package". The key term being "square".

Maybe the pictures I looked at were a different model of lift...

Anyway, can anybody provide some information on BendPak XPR-10A series lift "Package" dimensions? I would think that the XPR-10A-168 "Package" would have the same basic dimensions but would be a bit longer.

I bought mine used and we put it on an open car trailer. With the extensions off the lift arms you still have about 30" or so attached to the main columns. I would say all packed for new shipping the package would easily hit 42" wide.

I just looked at some pictures BendPak had on their website. These pictures were meant to show Flatbed vs. LTL shipping.

The pictures don't indicate what the items are on the flatbeds and in the trucks but I see that some of these "packages" have the square shipping brackets that I referred to in my original post. Those packages appear to be about 2 feet wide. Strapped to them in the middle are some other boxes of stuff. Those boxes certainly cause the height of the "package" to be taller than 24". That may be the 42" dimension.

Picture below.

Best regards,

Scott

This is a great post. I have just built my garage and need to get the paving in front of the garage done. Next is to get the lift which is the same one you ordered. Would like to see pictures of your install and the electrical connections.
