bendpak xpr-10a questions

looking at buying the above mentioned hoist or lift as you guys call them.
are they made in the usa?
how dose the saftey work? electrical or mechenical release?
what is service and maintenance like?
how do they compare with similar lifts?
and any info you guys could provide me on them would be great.
i need quick answers as there going for a good deal over here but only until the end of the month
