Hi all,

Brand new member here. Have been reading for a little while now, lots of great stuff. I just placed an order for a BendPak XPR-10AXLS two-post lift about 5 minutes ago! Looking forward to posting updates on our experience with delivery, unpacking, installation, and use. Hopefully more to come soon! Will be installing at my dad's 40'x60' metal shop. If anyone has any questions or advice, please chime in!

Steven

Welcome aboard Steven, I have the XPRR10LP and love it. I would suggest you wire up a electrical outlet on the power side of the lift you are pulling wire anyway and it is a handy location .

I bought a BendPak XPR10AC 8 years ago and have been very happy with it. I did a lot of research before I bought and it just seemed like the best choice for me.

After many years of crawling around the floor working on cars I'm now so spoiled that I complain about having to bend down to set the arms before lifting the car.

Thanks guys! Looking forward to installing. We have it on the trailer still crated up at our shop. Spent some time yesterday deciding where to install.. not as easy to decide as we thought!

Hoist hunting soon, why did you choose the Bendpak?

We went with Bendpak because of reputation, ALI certification, and price. Started out looking at the Atlas lifts, but decided wanted a certified lift. Plus I noticed Bendpak is still growing their facilities, so made me feel comfortable that they will be around for support down the road, if the need arises.

Having a lift is oh-so-wonderful. I was putting a couple of lower control arms on yesterday, and it was just so civilized. I put the car on its weight to tighten the control arm bushings and I felt like I reverted to caveman status.

Hope you have a great time with it!

Did you get it installed? How are you liking it? Been considering this for a week now, since I am so tall.
