Hi, I'm currently trying to install a bendpak xpr9-LP and in the instructions it says there supposed to be a cylinder leveling plug but i don't don't see any.

Am I missing this item?

Also, is the cylinder supposed to be strapped somehow or to be free standing with the chain? I don't see any instructions regarding that.
