Hey there,

New here, wondering if anyone has had any luck with Bendpak lift company. We purchased two 7k scissor lifts and one of them has been a complete nightmare. The lift was down 10 times in a 12 month period. We had to lock/tag it out of service because the safety lock is catching on one side and starts to lower the car down unevenly. Bendpak does not want to help with the issue, only to send us a new ram to "see if that will fix it". We dropped over $9,400 on these 2 hoists only to feel like we are nothing to Bendpak.
Help!!!

Welcome. Your issue is not unique, unfortunately. This is not the correct area for this discussion, needless to say, however it happens that I spoke with a guy today about bend pak and the low quality of their lifts. He had an antique in his shop and decided to "upgrade" to a bend pak 6 months ago. Nothing but nightmares since week one. Get rid of them.

Send an email to [email protected] with your concerns, and he will make sure that the problem is resolved. Bendpak is very conscious about keeping happy customers, and they fix problems when they are told about them. If they want to send you a new cylinder, then what is the problem with trying the fix that they suggest. They are sending it on their dime. If you are reasonable and willing to work with them, they will make sure that the problem is resolved to everyone's satisfaction. You just need to give them some cooperation.
