Does anyone have contact information for bendpak. I have been trying to decide on a lift for months. Finally decide to go with bendpak. I have attempted to call them for a few days and no call backs, no real answering machine and/or busy signal.

It has really turned me off. If they are this hard when I'm trying to give them my money how hard will they be to get a hold of when I have problems with my machine... jeez!

Any contact info appreciated. Thanks!

I have been in the same situation for 5 months as well. I wanted an extended height lift, and the only 2 I found were Bendpak and another called Amgo, which as it turns out, is the same as some of the Derek Weaver lifts, and has great reviews!

Anyway, I called Best Buy Automotive Equipment, and also ASE deals, as I have heard Brian's name mentioned on here a few times. Brian had a great deal on the Amgo, and decent on the Bendpak.

When I decided to buy the Amgo, I called Brain at ASE Deals at 4pm central time.....no answer. Figured they left for the weekend, no biggie. I went ahead and emailed him stating I was ready to buy, and for him to call me to complete the sale. Monday comes, no email back.....I call on lunch, no answer. Try their other numbers, no answer, no message stating they're out of the office on vacation/etc., nothing. Sent another email, and waited. Today, I called again, both phone numbers I had, no answer, nothing different, I called Best Buy Automotive back, for them to match price, so I ended up buying the Amgo OHX-10H model from Best Buy Automotive Equipment.

I've heard and read about Bendpak having great customer service......back in the day, but the recent feedback isn't so great. I also got some feedback that their lifts didn't necessarily dictate the cost (right there with Rotary), considering they're an offshore built lift. Brian @ ASE said their service wasn't the greatest....said he thinks they're experiencing some growing pains right now, for what its worth.

I think the Amgo is a quality lift, and for a hobbyist/weekend warrior, it'll be fine for me. I will post a thread on it once I get it.Good luck in your search.....I know it can be stressful!

I have a BendPak and got great, quick service through my local dealer. Are you trying to call BendPak directly or one of their dealers?

I got the XPR-9S-LP from Aresco here in Michigan. Good service. Price was as good or better than anywhere else I found at the time, but basically the same as everywhere else. Lift works well.

Have you tried these guys?

I’ve never had an issue being able to get a hold of someone at BendPak. Don’t try first thing in the morning. Call during lunch time.
