Installed my lift about 4 years ago and had no problems up until now. My lift began hesitating before lowering under a load. Sounded like an air in the hydraulics but could not find a bleed screw. The manual was not helpful. Called Benpak several times and finally got a response from someone days later. I searched around on line and discovered that this model does not have a bleed screw. just sit the arms down completely and hold. The technician agreed with that but it did not work. I have six hex nut fittings around the control block and one large (about 3/4 inch) nut. Does anyone know the function of these screws and nut? My lift also moved down very slowly. Could also be an air problem.
Can anyone help? I gave up with Benpak.
