Help Needed

Hi, looking to see if anyone can help. I'm trying to get a Certificate of Occupancy and need to permit both car lifts we have. The person assisting me with the occupancy is requesting the Installation Instructions. If anyone has a copy could you possible send it to me? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Benwil GPO-7 lift installation

Looking at one of these, haven't been able to find much out there. Does anyone have any installation instructions sitting around? I can probably figure it out, but it would be nice to have for reference. Thanks
