Has anyone used Bergo tile? I am in Canada, and there is a dealer here suggesting I go with that. Their site is www.flooring.se (click on the British flag for eng)
I was looking originally at Fast-Flor or Race Deck, but I am worried about the expansion/contraction in our climate here (-20F to +105F here in Toronto).
I am also worried about price north of the border, as they tend to gouge us for everything imported here.

Anyone used Fast-Flor?

Cheers,

Brad

I am in Calgary and Timber Town is the distributor here. They are selling the tiles for $1.99 per square foot. I purchased a couple of boxes to try it out in a low spot in the floor that collects water. I am driving the car on it regularly so it is a good test. So far so good, if it works I will do the whole garage in the spring (about 720 sq. ft).

Hi - The Bergo tile you are looking at is made in Sweden ( if it is Bergo and not a copy made in China , Mexico or Canada), Bergo costs over $3.00 a foot in Europe and is typically used as a patio or portable event flooring.

RaceDeck is manufactured in Salt Lake City where the we have huge swings in climate ( -0 to 100+ F) and in the spring it can swing 30-40 degrees within 24 hours. If installed properly, RaceDeck ( or any of the brands we manufacture) should be of issue for you. As for price, we always offer GJ discounts and have a product to meet any size garage or budget.

Happy New Year
