Has anyone had any experience with the Berko Huhaa Electrical Heaters? If so, what has been your experience with them in a garage? How do they compare to gas...particularly the Mr Heater Maxx line?

Thanks in advance

Resistance type electric heaters are not particularly efficient. In a small, well insulated garage, it will work well, but anything larger, will cost a fortune to run. Propane is getting high now also, and if you have Natural Gas, it would be the way to go.

I have 2 Berko 7.5 KW heaters in my 30X36 shop. They heat it easily and it gets below zero here often. We have a program her called switch makes sense with a reduced rate for electric. My cost is .04 cents a KW so its cheaper than propane or natural gas to heat my shop with electric. My electric company also gave me a 500 dollar rebate on my insulation and 200 on my T5 HO lights.
