Bessey Magwand alternatives?

I'm on the hunt for a second magwand. These are sometimes called swarf removers.

Granted, I bought mine maybe 15 years ago but I swear I paid $25-30. Now they're $43-50, but I'm ONLY finding Bessey searching the web, eBay, cyberweld, Amazon etc

I could swear at one time there were several manufacturers of these and mine has no brand markings on it.

Is there something less expensive than the Bessey?

These have a retractable plunger in them, the swarf hits the umbrella shield and falls off.

Well, I have this one - I purchased it from Amazon in 2005 for $15 but I see it is selling for $35 now... Not sure if I would buy it at that price nowadays, but it seems to be the going rate

That one looks like a pretty good deal for the price, until you click on one of the pics and see what size it actually is

The Champion one I posted is about 16" long and the tube is ~1" in diameter
