Best circular saw blade for cutting through nails

I need a circular saw blade that will give me the most cuts through nails, or a better idea on how to get it done.

A Circular saw blade that would cut through metal, would not cut through wood good at all. The opposite is true as well. And can be very dangerous

Maybe a Sawz all and of metal cutting blade with the largest teeth.

What ever blade you don't want anymore. Not sure what you're cutting, but a sawzall works good if there's a seam.

There is a big timber recycling yard near me. They have about 6 guys who spend all day prepping the wood for sale. They start with pulling the easy nails, once thats done they use a type of stud finder that beeps when it runs over an embedded nail. If its under the surface they simply throw it on the unprepped pile, sell it cheap by weight and let people pull them out on their own. I asked them why they dont just cut it down and they said even their inductrial saws which rip through old dockyard timbers get ruined by even a moderate nail so it just aint worth it for them...

I bought 3 sections of maple bowling alley, 4'x15' and the nails run perpendicular through each board, each nail goes through 2-1/2 boards, and they are some tough nails... I'm looking to cut them down to make work bench tops.

Any of the carbide tipped blades will cut through nails easy.

I agree, just use a 7 1/4 " carbide blade and wear safety glasses.

I use the Makita Knot & Nail blade. Made for the job and an excellent all-round performer.

Not really. It's because people who buy the wood may want to run it through machinery that a nail will destroy like a planer or joiner.
They don't know that angle. Pull nail. Drink beer. Smoke break. YAY

I had to demolish a building. I tried to not hit any nails but I am sure I hit a few. I used Diableo blades with very good results.

Any carbide toothed blade will work but the ones with the less aggressive tooth design like the Freud mentioned above will last longer. At the end of the process they are going to be toast but that's the price you pay.
