I bought some interior commercial doors that I plan to cut down to 30" widths make workbench surfaces from. The doors are 1-3/4"+ thick, with thin hardwood veneer plywood surfaces laminated to a core of 1-1/2" thick particle board that has a hardwood perimeter frame for lock-sets and hinges.

These things are HEAVY (150#-175#) and THICK. I have a good worm-drive Milwaukee circular saw, but want to find the best blade for cutting such thick material.
The finished tops will be screwed down to my steel workbench frames and then covered with 12ga steel caps, so appearance of the cuts isn't a big concern.

Any blade recommendations?

Any blade will cut it, 30-36 tooth carbide. A thin kerf blade will give you a much easier cut.

Agreed on the carbide, as it gives a more consistent kerf, and particle board is hard on blades.

For long cuts like you are describing Steevo, use something for a cutting fence to run the edge of the saw's shoe on, as if you start cutting in irregular curves at all, you will be binding/burning and that's not fun...
