Best concrete paint to use From epoxy UP

I am going epoxy a 6 inch perimeter lip then plan to paint from that lip up the 3 ft of concrete wall. Whats the best paint to use on this part? Will want to hose down if it gets ****** (I'm A Big time Hunter, Gut Venison?).
