If I didn't already have the 15 piece set I'd grab that one. It's still tempting to grab to throw in the trunk.

The 13pc has a 7mm which the 15pc lacks. I use 7mm as much as 20-22mm combined.

Less than $2 per wrench.... with warranty....and a high expectation of quality & finish. Compete with that Tool trucks...

Darm it I don't need more wrenches! however I need to put my money where my mouth is, I don't own any Tekton tools and should before I say add any commentary on the brand.

For $26 (including tax) it's worth the gamble/investment.

Recently (less than a month ago) I got a SK set so I will definitely compare.

I'd love to see that comparison! Two of my favorite brands.

Funny thing but something tells me if the trade war keeps going you guys better buy up all the sets you can get your hands on; I just heard China is giving trade deals to every other country except the US. (smart cookies they are).

They're made in Taiwan...

Most other countries view Taiwan as an independent country with its own economy, much to the chagrin of China. Although the way China is flexing its muscle in Hong Kong recently, Taiwan may be next, which would put any doubt to rest.

But we're digressing greatly from the nature of the OP...

OP, I'm curious as to how you found this deal.

When I search for "TEKTON Combination Wrench" only the higher priced 11 piece set comes up for $36.

Does Amazon show different prices to different locals?

No, it's the same price in CONUS. I think you're looking at the SAE set.

I have wrenches from Snap-on, Blackhawk, Craftsman Pro, Gearwrench and Tekton. I've yet to have any wrench from any of these brands fail or perform poorly. Based on price relative to performance I'd buy the Tekton before all the others.

I went ahead and grabbed a set to throw in the trunk. What's in there currently is India made Pittsburgh, so it's a step up.

Thanks for spending my money op.

Are you guys just getting the metric one? I don't see any "deal" with the SAEs.

Please tell me this, the standard length in my box are Craftsman raised panels, I really don't like them as it seems too uncomfortable for my hand. I do love the craftsman pros for the full polish and extra length. I think I want these tekton so I don't have to use my raised panels anymore (when standard length IS required for the job). COO arguments aside, is that a good plan. Plus these grabs the sides, not corners and what have you..

Maybe these even feel better than Craftsman pros?

I do not need another wrench set, so kinda sad I missed this deal, but kinda happy I missed this deal. I have Meijer close by, and these wrench look very nice. They also have single wrench up to 32mm iirc.

I had a price watch set for $28 on camelcamelcamel based on historical pricing. Glad I could share the TEKTON bug.

I received mine the other day. They are nice. I actually purchased the $100 full set, with roll ups, a week prior. Was on vacation and hadn’t opened them. Now not sure what to do...
