We own a couple DIRT modified cars, and they tend to come into the garage with plenty or mud clay dirt on them. The floor now is just untreated concrete, but its pretty smooth. What would be the best floor for that? My father is going away for a week, thought it would be a good surprise. Thanks guys. Also should point out, we arent looking to spend a fortune,

Epoxy is easy to hose off. I'd avoid tiles as the dirt will get into every crack.

If you hose them down inside remember all that dirt and water has to go somewere. So you will need a slanted floor to a drain. Or you will need a sump with a grate over it to catch the silt.
There is a DIY car wash with those high pressure hoses about a mile from our local track. It collects a lot of quarters late on a Sat night.
