Best Hammer Drill/Impact Combo

Ive done some research and came down to a few diff types of combos I might wanna get. Milwaukee is looking the best for brushless, but of course Hilti prob out does them.

Let me know which you guys like the best of these:

Dewalt

Milwaukee

Bosch

Hilti


I want to be able to use these around the house as well as take apart cars and whatever else with them. I pick up a lot of vehicles I part out and hate having to squeeze my snap on 1/2 in certain spots when I can just use a cordless electric and do it just as fast.

Sounds like you're trying to get by on 2 tools when 3 are really needed.

Still really hard to sub in the 1/4" hex impact driver when a 3/8" or 1/2" drive true cordless impact is really needed.

Once you went all "part-out" vs. driving in deck screws the 1/4" hex impact is not ideal in my eyes.

Just like the 30 threads that ask the same question you posted, there is no short-cut.

In a pinch with an adaptor 1/4" hex impacts CAN be used, but not ideal if used daily or regularly for larger fasteners.

Not gonna happen.

For car work I love my IR W5130 3/8", W7150 1/2" and Snap ON CTS661 screwdriver. I do need a new drill though and 1/4" hex for repairs building repairs though.

Ive actually used my buddies dewalt 1/4 and took apart about 3 vehicles in a day. I would love a snapon or IR cordless impact but thats out of the question for awhile.

I looked at the other posts got nothing out of them but people rambling and there was no definite on which gun they were refering too and most of the posts are old and dont contain the brushless XR and milwaukee Fire brushless.
