It was a thread like this that put me onto Worx. That has to be the best hand cleaner I've ever used. Extremely effective on greasy hands but not abrasive or hard on them. Smell is pleasant, maybe a tad fishy but no lingering residual odor on hands. Other huge benefit is it doesn't need two more washes with normal hand soap to remove the grease cutter.
Price on Zoro with 20% coupon is very reasonable for how long it lasts.

I'm a huge fan of it and grateful to whoever on gj mentoned it.

Ive tried a few but fast orange as been good for me. i even use it to clean extremely greasy parts. the pump style is convient when you have greasy/oily hands. i hate anything that you have to dig out of a tub.

We've got a big Würth pump bottle at work, it's very effective and has a citrus smell.

For when the hands get really dirty at home, apart from the usual stuff for mechanics I also have a bottle of 4% chlorhexidine surgical scrub. It works very well and isn't bad for the hands (surgeons would use it every time before surgery...). It usually makes the hands squeaky clean very fast.
