Best lube for ratchet heads

First I want to say howdy to everybody from here in the heart of the Great Smokey Mtns. New to the forum but I have been reading some of the posts and I have to say I have found great advise. Now my question I have started rebuilding and or checking my ratchet heads and I need to know about a good lube to use. How about Lubriplate for one?

you're going to get 900 different answers on that question, which comes up repeatedly here.

I used a little Marvel Mystery Oil and maybe a little dab of white lithium grease (like Lubriplate.)
other guys use other stuff.
