what do you guys think i should do on the floor of my 25x24 garage. the slab has a nice finish already but i would like it to be even nicer. keep in mind that this floor with see alot of welding and torching and painting. should i do some kind of flooring or just leave it crete?

I'd leave it alone. No finish - epoxy, VCT, etc - is going to stand up to welding and torching. If anything, just a penetrating sealer for easier cleanup and less dust.
