I have an area around 30 x 36 which is my mancave area of my shop, the floor is bare concrete, it is cold, hard and dusty.

What is the best option for a reasonably priced comfortable option.

My first idea is getting comfortable shoes. But i am sure there are many threads in the flooring section that have an abundance of suggestions for floor coverings. Try there, good luck.

The best option is the one that fits your needs. It would be silly for me to tell you something that I have is the best option, not knowing how you use the garage. You mentioned Man Cave but that is something different to everyone. Give some details and you will get lots of opinions back from lots of different people.

Anything other than epoxy, tile, or wood is going to be difficult to keep clean.

Maybe put down an area rug? Just be ready for all the oil stains on it....

Well, my entire garage/workshop is going to be 20' x 30' so no sympathy from me mate!:lol_hitti

I'd look at getting a large carpet off-cut or maybe look out for a job-lot of carpet tiles from an office re-furb' or similar.

I just finished putting Race Deck in my Office and I am happy with the end result so far. It took it from crappy concrete to a nice looking space

When I finished my basement 9 years ago I ordered a very cheap commercial carpet from S&S mills and had an installer friend of mine put it in. With the dark color it doesn't matter if I come in from the garage with mud on my boots, once it dries it vacuums right up.

Hi
In addition to RaceDeck, we manufacture many styles of flooring for inside the house.
From carpeted modular flooring to high end laminate finishes ( woods, marble, stone. custom, etc) if you take a look at our main corporate site 'The World Of SnapLock' http://www.snaplock.com you can cruise through the different sites. Any of the SnapSports wood styles ,SnapLock Event styles , and DuraGrid will work as well.

We are happy to send you samples as well. On Monday from 8 am to noon mst we are having a mini blow-out sale on custom overrun flooring... 800-457-0174
Happy New Year

In my opinion it's better to go with the wood flooring, it will gives the some what hot to you and your home. It's cost is also in less expensive only and working also very nice.
