Ok. I am about done installing my 50'x30'x12' metal building. 30'x30' is enclosed with concrete flooring, 10'x10' roll up door, and one personnel door that enters to the 20'x30' area. The 20'x30' area is open.

For right now, the 30'x30' enclosed area will be where I keep my fab work and tractor work at. Ill probably leave my farm tractor in it when I leave for the day to deter theft.

The 20'x30' area is where I will keep my 20' trailer and some farm implements for now.

I am highly debating enclosing the 20'x30' area and concreting it and use it as a wood shop. I am interested into doing woodwork but have no idea how much I will be involved in it.

I need some opinions. From the below options.

Option 1
Im wondering as to whether to leave the current end wall where the personnel door comes out to the 20'x30' area and add on another end wall to the 20'x30' area with another 10'x10' roll up door and a personnel door.

OR

Option 2
Bring the current end wall out to the end of the 20'x30' area and just enclose the sides. And have the whole 30x50 area open with just one roll up door I currently have and the one personnel door.

Option 3
Leave everything as is. If I do woodworking then just invest into a dust collection machine.

Prices
The cost of Option 1 is $2665 without tax. 7% Taxes may add on another couple hundred.

Price breakdown of Option 1 is: Endwall enclosed ($490), 10x10 roll up door ($805), Personnel door ($410), Sidewalls enclosed ($960)

The cost of option 2 will be the negative charge of the endwall enclosed and thats if I dont add another roll up door.

Option 3
No cost in nothing other than the dust collector.

Concrete will cost maybe $1500 or so and if i put rebar in it it will cost maybe $300-$400 for that.

So what option would be best?

To me know is the time to go all out on such a project, rebar concrete and all..... that is as long as you have the budget.

No sense in getting half done and having to modify or refinish later.

Build the wood shop worst case yoi can always use it for something else in the future.
