Best patching compound?

Going to be epoxying my floor soon (I will be using Sherwin Williams Armorseal epoxy). I want to fill a couple of small cracks.

What stuff did you use? Pros/cons? All the same stuff?

I filled in a few of the larger cracks with the stuff below and it worked great. Still no problems a year later. I only wish I had done all of the smaller cracks and imperfections because the epoxy did not fill in most of them like I thought it would. Basically fill in every crack and imperfection you can see because it will probably show up.

Did you use this stuff while the floor was still damp? The directions are not too clear on the container. Under the "tips" section it says to use it when the floor is damp, but under the "instructions" section it says nothing about a damp floor.

My floor wasn't damp when I used it. I just took a putty knife and mashed it into the cracks.

Also, I noticed that the stuff is supposed to let cure for 28 days before coating with paint. This could be a problem as I don't want to wait another month to epoxy my floor.

I only let the filler cure 24 hours before epoxying over it. It has been over a year now and you can't even tell it is there.

I would definitely let it cure longer if you are using it to patch a large indentation or hole, but for just the small amounts used to fill cracks I wouldn't worry about it.
