Best pneumatic hole punch?

In the past i've always drilled holes for spot-welding body panels (classic cars).
Now that i have a few more projects to do i'm looking to get a air powered punch. Which one(s) are the best?

5/16 is the ICAR standard for structural plug welds and honestly smaller plug welds are down right difficult to make.

Thanks! After reading around i keep getting pointed to the asto products... What about the "Astro Heavy Duty Air Sabre Saw" Any advice on a good small air saw? Or electric i guess
