I've got a portable weber gas grill, it's designed to use propane bottles.
I originally had the weber branded rubber conversion hose to use a 20 lbs tank. The grill end of the hose started leaking. I replaced it with a "Shinestar" braided hose from amazon. Worked fine in the summer and then in winter it developed a restriction... So I got another weber branded rubber hose. Well I accidentally left the grill outside and some animal chewed the **** out of the hose...
So now I need another hose again
Is it normal for a stainless braided hose to develop a restriction in cold temps, maybe from the metal shrinking some from the cold? Or was the "Shinestar" hose just a POS. Would be nice to have braided that animals can't chew through but I don't want issues again in the winter
