Best Screw Extractor Set or Recommended Bits?

What is a good set with hard drill bits that wont wear down with light use?

All I plan to do with the set is remove the occasional broken bolt out of a license plate holder in a car. I bought a Northern Freight Titan screw extractor set, and the reverse drill bit is already dull after a couple of uses.

The Hanson set (owned by Irwin/Stanley) 11135ZR is the same set that is rebranded for Snap-on, Mac, NAPA, and 2-3 other tool truck companies at 1/3 the price.
