What is your preferred screwdriver bit of choice?

I have purchased a bunch of different kinds and have never been happy? I have a brand new Milwaukee and getting ready to start on some new projects and I would to find a new good screwdriver bit.

Apex bits hold up really good, I have a Apex 3/8 3 inch long wobble bit socket, I needed to use it to break loose some severly rusted on licence plate screws and the Ph2 bit held up well.

Surprisingly the ones that came with my Ryobi drill lasted the longest of any I have bought recently. Avoid Dewalt bits. I snapped three bits in five minutes. Tossed the rest, but kept the extender and screw holder. Only thing decent in the set.

I once drywalled 2300 sq ft w a single Isomax bit. Never see them recommended here, not sure if that's because they're not well known, or if others have had worse luck with them, but I love mine.

SK/Ideal USA bits hold up great, and any German/Swedish bits I have run across at industrial suppliers are excellent too.

Nothing compares to Apex or Zephyr with the anti-cam out ribs (ACR). They make some with ribs on the driver flanks for install, some with ribs for removal and some with ribs on both flanks. Get both flanks and be done with it.

The other ribbed bits like Wera or Wiha are too soft or don't bite as well.

You can buy the good stuff from McMaster-Carr. Tons of options.
