I'm currently in the process of a house/garage remodel. I think I've got most issues resolved other than the flooring for the garage. The house is 30 years old. The garage floor is flat, level, unpitted and has zero cracking. It has some oil and other stains however and I'd like to improve the look. I'm looking for a solution for floor covering and I don't think Racedeck is an option. Right now I'm looking at VCT, stain or epoxy. They all seem to have advantages and disadvantages.
Right now VCT seems to be where I'm leaning since it will hide the stains, is relatively cheap and easily repaired and the prep is likely less than some other options.
Any thoughts?
