Was wondering if anyone could tell me where to send the hard dollars of my radiant floor system budget?

Wall hanging boiler necessity - Weil McClain model 70/110 for $2600
Or
Hydro smart 170 for $999-

Any significant advantages disadvantages?
System is a one zone 6 loop with 5 loops internal slab over crawl and 1 loop in garage on grade...

Any direction helpful.....

they are definitely a nice boiler
