I like the Kreepster version the best.

I have the creep variant, but there is a stool model.

Here's a pic of mine on the wall where it normally resides:

I'll second the Craftsman one. It's usually $49.99 during Craftsman Club weeks. I've had mine for several years and, for the money, it's a great piece. That Kreepster one is cool, but ungodly expensive the few times I've seen them.

I've seen too cool home-made seat creepers:
One was in a Mopar enthusiast's shop. It was an early '60s Dodge A-100 van bucket seat...the same seats they used in the original Super Stock Dodge and Plymouth cars. Particularly cool, since he actually had a pair of early '60s Super Stocks (complete with the aluminum front ends and doors)
The second was a Harley Wide Glide seat. I've actually seen a couple of early motorcycle seat shop creeper/stools.

I have the one from Griots. It is pretty comfortable, but on a long day of use my buns and legs will get numb.

Da Bone, they go for about $100 and have 5 Inch casters and you can roll over extension cords and if pay a bit more you can get one with 6 inch pneumatic casters and you can roll over and gravel
