Best to do a 16 x 24 with a flake ?

I also have a 16 x 24 detached garage that has a good floor with just one hairline crack across it. I would like to do a flake floor which is the best ??

Can I do it myself ??? If I run my floor jack across it will it dig it up ??

Yes I did this summer I had good but not excellent results ,I rolled
too much in some areas but unless I told someone you might not notice.
I did not use the clear over it so I intend to do it this spring may help.
It goes on nice and the flakes look good.In some areas it looks like their
is not enough coverage or lighter. Follow directions

Depends on your budget. Check some of the posts on here and you'll see the prep is the key. I have yet to use any waterbased kits, so couldn't tell you on most that are in the big box stores.
