Based on a search of the forum gonna guess it's Nu-Source SL35A:

Looks like the company used to engage here and there were some threads about it: https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/members/ericnusource.198929/#recent-content

And someone posted a video showing it a bit. Unfortunately doesn't show what I really wanted to see, how well it keeps stuff in place when a drawer is slammed. For this I have relied on magnets or rows of bins to keep things mostly contained.

If it's Nu Source liner, it does not bunch up when drawers are slammed, nor do tools ever slide around. It hasn't been confirmed but I believe the NuSource liner is the same PVC liner SO uses for their premium KRL boxes. (slightly different texture pattern)

Anybody try toolbox widget? Reasonable price and looks good. Only a single review.

Looks like 20% BF sale has ended.

I’m pretty happy and a huge upgrade vs that included with HF44 (series1 😳). One downside ... the logos will be in different left / right position. Front/back should be consistent, although not centered (if only making one cut for drawer depth). Be sure to always cut from either bottom or top. I messed up on 1 drawer so it looks noticeably different vs others. If you don’t like the logo, flip it over 👍 IMG_0162.jpegIMG_0163.jpeg

it's really strange that so much of this stuff just looks like the 3mm thick yoga mat that was suggested on page one. No, it's not yoga mat, it's manly toolbox liner :ROFLMAO:

I am a huge fan of the Nu Source tool box drawer liner and have used many rolls of the stuff for company tool boxes.

Do you like it? Is it thick rubber or just foam?

With these liners, wonder if those magnetic base socket holders still works? Or maybe magnetic base not needed?

I do like it, but admittedly, no real use yet. It looks good and feels good.

It’s feels like high quality foam. Good density and way denser than the “elementary school craft foam” liners that came with the HF44 box 20 years ago.

It’s 2.1mm thick.

I just looked at Walmart.com. Many Yoga mats are showing 5mm thick. One showed 3/4”(hard to believe!)

Edit: measured 2 from basement
Cheapo kids yoga mat: 4-5mm with lots of compression
Lululemon yoga mat: 5mm with less
Compression but do your whole box and liners would be $$$ vs a snapon epic 😂

It seems hard over the last 10 years to find rubber mats.
Problems:
--To thin or made of foam. Needs to be thick enough for the top of a roll cab . I have a Kennedy bottom cabinet that never came with a mat on top or in the bottom open area at the bottom that needs a mat not a liner really.
--Way to over priced. Look around many are at $100 or more for a size to fit may tool boxes. Even some of the foam mats are high priced.
--Yoga mats mostly have logos and odd colors and round corners that need cut off because its not the exact size, sloped edges that need cut off usually, and most are not cheap like they use to be.

Have you ever seen foam or rubber mats being made? They are now made in the most 3rd world countries not just China like Vietnam and India in the dirt with no shoes on. Not being mean, in fact it was cool to watch.
Foam liquid come out and expands like the noodles do in a wok. Boom foam the size of a small shed or a work van. Then its sliced up.
Rubber mat comes from usually recycled rubber tires etc poured in to a mold or a mold that's shaped like a conveyor belt and heated up and spit out usually in long belt or wide mats. Sometimes stamped out or formed by a stamp.
Many of the set ups for both use homemade stamps and tools just sitting in the dirt.
It's not expensive to make and you can tell, but at least half the products we buy come with rubber or foam this or that and the cost is cheap. Makes me want into invest in rubber mat making.

It seems the Yoga mat craze pushed the cost up to a ridiculous price.

Yes I've seen some stuff at Home depot you can have cut and will probably do that.
But rubber liner that is not soft foam is pretty hard to find. I have a roll of Red Casoman liner but I think it made of foam, I have not used it yet.

I grabbed this stuff when I needed to source a bunch of liners for my Snap-On box from marketplace. Very good quality. I went with the medium tack and the only tools that slide in the drawer are my loose screwdrivers. I've used it in other places around the house where I need good matting, and also sold some small sections to friends. My 20' roll is almost gone. Shipping cost kind of *****, but I am happy with the purchase.

From a thread here, I also went with NSI for my Snap-On Box. It's just about perfect.
