+ 1 for the needle nose pliers, the other one I hate to admit was a ryobi drain snake. That thing saved me at least a G.

I'm a Ryobi fan. It's a very good choice!

TBH, I based it on price and weight. He has to lift it out of a very inconvenient place in a shared garage and get it half way down the driveway so not to make anything messy lol I haven't seen it working yet but he likes it.

I bought the Makita 2x18v blower, quite pleased with it. Much less hassle than starting the gas blower for small jobs. Blower, dual charger, and 2x 5AH batteries.

Batteries also spares for the impact driver and the flashlight for our frequent power outages lately

I picked up one of these myself. Probably used it more this year than I used my corded blower in the last 10.

But my favorite tool I bought this year was my 3D printer. The ability to manufacture exactly what I need with 0.1 millimeter accuracy is a game-changer.

I bought a couple things that stood out last year.

First I finally bought a 3d printer. A creality Ender off Amazon for literally $180 - it has been great.

Second I bought a Hot stapler off Amazon - generic unit. It also works great - have repaired a bunch of stuff with it.

I gave in and bought a wheelchair. The chair was over $950, at Walmart and it was on sale for $249, free delivery. I do not use the w/c very often, but it has been a good idea, a few times. I do not have the distance any more.
