I'd wager that Carlyle, GearWrench, Tekton, Capri, and just about any non german/usa ratcheting wrench all use the same factories. I'd go with whichever is easiest to warranty. (If you live near advanced auto, napa, or if you don't mind for a mail in replacement)
FYIW, I had a Stanley reversible ratcheting wrench set I got when I first started working, which was in a shipyard. I worked seasonally (summer) and part time during the school year using them in heavy industry and they never failed or let me down. That was a total of roughly 5-6 years. "Chineese junk" I got at a close out sale from my AirGas rep for $20.
Buying used Tool Truck/USA/German on ebay is a good options as well. I've also seen a few price drops on Amazon for some Heyco and Gedore ones as well.
