Setting up new storage shed and I need a good wall storage track. Had a small 4' section in my last home but left it for the new owner. One thing I really disliked (and I do not remember the brand, but it came from Lowe's) was that the hooks did not lock into place. Sometime I would lift the tool, and the hook would come out with it. Craftsman's system looks like it has a bolt that holds it locked into place, but it doesn't look like they have a lot of hook/organizer options. But leaning heavy towards this one.
Any input? Planning on about 8' of wall track. Its for Weed eaters, hedge trimmers, rakes, shovels, etc....

I've been waiting until my storage situation in the garage is finalized to see if I have the wall space for these, but if I do I plan to pull the trigger on them:
They don't use the regular hooks, but the ones they use stay attached. They do have holes so you can use hooks if you like, but they will still have the same problems as all the other hook systems.

Subscribing, I bought a rubbermaid fast-track, but it is a single track, not a whole wall system. It works well for the weed eater and edger. Only had it for 2 weeks, but the hooks have a retainer that keeps them in place when you pick it up.

I second the fast-track rail (they also have a fast-track wall which is totally different, more like slat wall). The accessories are a little pricier than I would like but they are all well built, buy once. Less surface area to accumulate dust and debris compared to a slat wall.
I have the wall control pegboard but it's better for small tools, not yard stuff. You'll be paying a premium for all the holes you won't be able to use.

I like what I see in the Fast-Track video. Looks like the hangers do lock in place. I'll take a look at Lowe's this evening.
