Chopsaw with a fine tooth blade or blade suitable for cutting aluminum,
An angle grinder with diamond blade or zip wheel will work also

The blade you use will be determined by whether the stock is ferrous or non ferrous. Once you have selected a good blade for the job, Stuff your J trim with a piece of wood to keep it from collapsing or kinking when you cut. This will yield nice clean cuts with no deformation
