I put down the non-commercial Rustoleum floor coating a couple of years ago, and of course there are quite a few spots where it lifted and wore away. Rustoleum sent me two new cans of the stuff to fix the bad spots, and I'm just now getting around to putting them down. Of course I'm not expecting miracles this time around, but I might as well put down the free stuff and see how long it lasts.
So...am I better off just trying to fix the bad spots, or go ahead and roll a new coat over the entire floor? And what would be the best way to prep the current floor without pulling up the epoxy that is there and still good?
I'd appreciate any tips, dos and don'ts...
