OK you got a pic loaded get some with details; open drawers And drawer pulls that sort of thing. And better light and turned for proper orientation helps...

Check the underside of the front cover where that plate is (I think that was added by some PO) and see if there is an impressed name in the metal.

Also, look on the back VERY carefully for markings/dates.

It the exterior finish wrinkle? and what color? The interior appears to be grey, but that could be the lighting/camera. What is it?

That's a cool looking box. Maybe take a little metal polish on the metal plate on the front to see you you can see some faint marks.

The outside is grey no marks under the plate will try some metal polish on the plate and see what happens I do know that this is some thick metal at least 2 times the stuff I have been finding for thickness

Didn't the Remline tool boxes use a handle like that ?

A number of boxes use that basic style, what would help is a good well lit closeup of a drawer pull for any pattern ID that might be possible. I think using two per drawer was not common though.

Well not a lot of detail comes through using your "SCH-I405 using Tapatalk 2". Maybe a real camera instead of a phone? :dunno:

It wouldn't hurt to post exact outside dimensions either.

From what can I see, I think its safe to say this one needs an electrolysis bath. Then maybe enough detail will come through to ID the thing. It is an interesting looking box, and I think worth restoring.

Since you have some (apparently) original color inside I'd take that to a paint shop to capture the color match for later reference if nothing else.
