On a side note when the vinegar is done, it leaves some kind of black coating that needs to be washed off and stinks relly bad, I think it might be from the chrome or whats under it.

I'm not sure but I believe that is the metal itself that has been burned by the acid in the vinegar. The smell washes away with dish soap and the color can be removed with brillo pad or sos pad if you wish.

wash it in baking soda and hot water also........it will stop the acid from continuing to eat away at the steel. if not it will start to rust quickly!

So after i take it out of the vinegar, its best to wash it with hot water and baking soda...not just coat it in wd40?

+1 on the wire wheel. If the chrome is so bad it flakes off a good mechanical removal is best. Those chrome flakes are incredibly thin and therefore sharp. Don't ask how I found out.

Hmmm.
Is it that first long, double box end, on the right ?

What looks to be a double box end Plomb/Proto, and the one with just the open end showing that is not clearly rested as is the one on the extreme left. I almost missed the combo just left of the double box. that one too.

The double box end hasn't I think its just the light that makes its look that way and it is a Proto.

The double open end that isn't obviously rusted that was hit, it used to look like the rusted one. The Mac combo next to the double box ends was also hit.

You guys have missed the most obvious one that spent the most time with a wire wheel though.
