I have a fluke meter that I love. It works great.
However the leads seem to open within 3 years. I never wrap them tightly.
Is there a better set of leads out there?

There are all sorts of good choices out there. I stick with silicone insulated leads.
What's best for me may not be what's best for you though. It depends on what you're using it for.

Before retiring 6 years ago, electronic technician, I made my own. I used extension cord cut about 4ft long, soldered banana jacks on meter end, then a probe + side, alligator clip other...both soldered on.
It would last me many years using it all day every day.

Another vote for probe master. Their silicone leads are extremely pliable. The lower end fluke leads use some of the cheapest possible feeling insulating material.
