Better sources for lights

I am setting up a sewing table in the basement of my house so I can sew up seats and the only area I could put the table was under the duct work for the furnace so I am limited on the lights I can use,I have been to the two big box stores for homes and can not find anything I like. I can find the usual shop lights and will use a couple but would like to find a individual light that I can lower and put back up to get it out of the way if anything like it is made but I cant find anything like it at the box stores so where does one look for obscure lighting.

Those might work for around the sewing machine but I need something different for over the table,my grandma had a light in her dining room that could can be pulled down and retracted and would like to find a couple like that.
